About The Curt Buchanan Group
The Buchanan Group is composed of principal agent, Curt Buchanan, associated agents and support personnel working both in house and off-site.
Curt joined Coldwell Banker in September of 2007 because of their extensive technology systems, internet exposure, higher market share and the opportunity to grow from a single agent to a leading a team.
In 2007, in order to learn the latest technolgy applications, Curt took the National Association of Realtor's E-Pro technology course. In January of 2008 he completed the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)curriculum , which involved taking classes nationwide. CRS requires a minimum of $25,000,000 in production to achieve the designation.
Pro-Step Marketing was hired to design a logo, stationery and roadmap for sales growth. In October of 2008 a new website incorporated follow-up campaigns, a free For Sale By Owner site, and specialized sub-sites for Sellers and Buyers. A monthly newsletter complete with market conditions and local articles was added, as well as an integrated feedback system for sellers.
In November of 2008 an external blog will be launched on the Pittsburgh Home Expert main site by industry leader Kinetic Blogsites. A podcast and video blogs will soon be integrated into the sites and newsletter.
With all these client-friendly features, The Buchanan Group is able to serve you professionally and efficiently , making selling or buying a home as easy as possible..
